1. Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders

• If you have ordered cheese and paid online at the time of ordering, and your order is canceled for any reason, the amount will be refunded directly to your account within 5working days.

2. Delivery Policy for Rawalpindi, Karachi, and Islamabad

• Orders from Rawalpindi, Karachi, and Islamabad will be delivered within 7 working days. Once the order is confirmed, our representative will contact you to confirm your order and delivery address.

Please note our shipment days for every week are:

• Rawalpindi: Monday

• Islamabad: Tuesday

• Karachi: Thursday

3. Delivery Policy for Other Cities

• Orders from other cities will be dispatched through a cargo service, and customers are required to receive their orders from the designated cargo terminal, such as Daewoo. Full payment must be made in advance.

4. Exchange Policy

• At Farmers Cheese Making, we ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If there is an issue with our product, customers can apply for an exchange within 5 days of purchase to make their experience hassle-free.

5. Customer Information and Complaints

• Customers must provide accurate information at the time of order placement. For issues regarding order changes, delays, cancellations, or complaints, please contact our customer representative. We will address your complaint within 24 hours. In case of damaged or opened goods, you may contact our Customer Care and while receiving your order please ensure that the product is in good condition.

• 6. Free Delivery Policy

• Delivery charges will be waived if you purchase cheese worth more than 5,000 PKR.

7. Payment Policy for Orders Above 10,000 PKR

• For orders exceeding 10,000 PKR, customers are required to pay half of the total amount in advance through online banking. This advance payment is required for order confirmation.
