If you have ordered cheese and paid online at the time of ordering, and your order is canceled for any reason, the amount will be refunded directly to your account within 5 working days.
Orders from Rawalpindi, Karachi, and Islamabad will be delivered within 7 working days. Once the order is confirmed, our representative will contact you to confirm your order and delivery address.
Orders from other cities will be dispatched through a cargo service, and customers are required to receive their orders from the designated cargo terminal (e.g., Daewoo). Full payment must be made in advance.

Delivery charges will be waived if you purchase cheese worth more than 5,000 PKR.
For orders exceeding 10,000 PKR, customers are required to pay half of the total amount in advance through online banking. This advance payment is required for order confirmation.
