- Swiss eye is a semi hard organic cheese made from unpasteurised cow’s milk. Produced by FCM, the cheese has natural rind and a creamy texture.It has a rich , nutty taste and the flavour of almonds & mushrooms . This cheese takes three to six months to mature fully.
